With
the total computerization of the South Goa
District Collectorate, people would be able to
track the status of a file or an application in
the South Goa District Collectorate easily either
through the Citizen Facilitation Centre or through
the Touch Screen based Kiosks installed at the
important places or through the SMS based service
provided by the South Goa District Collectorate.

Taluka-Suite |
Taluka-Suite
is an integrated suite of applications for the
Taluka and Sub-Divisioal level offices. It has
been implemented in five talukas and four
sib-divisional offices.
Inward,
outward and certificate modules have been
implemented. Residence, Income, Mediclaim,
Divergance, Domicile cetificates are being issued
through this system.

Land Acquisition Cases Monitoring Software.
|
It is used for monitoring of Land acquisition
cases of various LAOs and it generates reports of
i) Monthly cases status u/s 4,6 and award
declared.
ii) Lapsing cases u/s 4 & 6.
iii) Acquired land area report.

2. |
Land Compensation System
|
This system enables to enter the project,
acquired land, structure details. It calculates
compensation to be paid to the parties. It
generates Compensation statement, Form-AA,
Voucher, Form D, Form E, Possession certificates,
payment notices and letters.

Sanad cases monitoring
|
It is used for monitoring of land conversion
cases. All sanads issued since 1987 are
computerized.
It generates various types of reports of
pending & cleared cases, summary reports of
land converted according to taluka, village, land
type can be generated through the system.

Arms Licence monitoring
|
To monitor the arms licences issued by the
magisterial section. Talukawise, Weapon category
wise lists of license holders reports can be
generated through this system.
Daily arms licence renewal applications are
entered to generate orders and other reports.

|
Payroll package have been implemented in the
following departments,
a) Collectorate.
b) Jt Director of Accounts.
c) South Goa Education Department.

departments are computerized,

Monthly progress achieved under ICDS project by
the Anganwadis is entered and data is transmitted.

|
District Unit has extended support for
Parliamentary, Assembly and ZP elections during
election process.
Software is developed under VB and Access
platform to cover the following election
activities.
a) Polling Booths information.
b) Nominations
c) Polling Staff
d) Counting
e) Polling Day.

Monitoring of various cases in Mamladar’s
office. |
Monitoring of various cases of courts coming
under Salcete Mamlatdar. Including revenue
recovery. |

MPLAD |
Software have been developed in VB and Access
platform to monitor the MPLADS works. Software is
being used for Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha
constituencies.
It has provision to cover works details such as
work name, estimates, sanction, tender and funds
details. It generated number of useful reports and
all the orders/letters required for the
correspondence. |

Collectorate staff personal details are
computerized. System generates many reports and
view the employees Personal details. |

Bank Loan Recovery Cases Information System.
|
Under public money act, cases are filed in the
court of District Recovery Officer to recover dues
of banks and other financial institutions.
District unit has computerized aroud 2500 bank
recovery cases. System helps to generate daily
hearing lists, notices and various reports. |

Public Grievances Monitoring System. |
Public Grievances details are entered to
generate register, forwarding letters and
reminders. |

Land Encroachment System. |
Details of land encroached in South Goa
district are computerized. It generates detailed
and summary reports on land encroachment. |

Govt. Quarters Monitoring System.
|
Govt. Quarters occupants and appllicants
details of Margao & Vasco are computerized.
System generates occupants lists according
building, quarter type and allotment order. |

District Court Information System (DCIS) |
All civil and criminal cases of District court
have been computerized. Package helps to print
filed case reports, case typewise registers, daily
boards and statistical reports.

AGMARKNET Project. |
This project is implemented in six market nodes
in Goa state. |

Support to District Court, Education
department(Paybill), AGMARKNET project is being
