DirectionColva Beach is in the southern part of Goa, which is a state on the west coast of India. Administratively it lies within the Colva Village in the Salcete taluka of South Goa district at approximately 6kms from Margao, the commercial and cultural hub of South Goa.
The beach is in proximity to other popular tourist destinations including Panaji, Old Goa, and Calangute Beach. The beach stretches for about 2.4 Km along the Arabian Sea and is a part of the Konkan coast. It is known for its pristine white sand and water sports activities. Betalbatim Beach lies to the north of Colva Beach, and the Benaulim Beach in the south.
